Program 01

Kids Swimming Lessons

Kids Swimming Lessons

Who it's for

Children from 2 months (with the Head Coach) and from 3 years (with any coach), including complete beginners.

What students learn

Water safety, proper breathing, floating, and the basic strokes with correct technique.

Benefits

Lessons combine a professional approach with playful, game-based learning.

Recommended format

Private or small group, 30–45 minutes, twice a week.

Program 02

Adult Swimming Lessons

Adult Swimming Lessons

Who it's for

Adults of any level — from beginners and swimmers returning after a break to those wanting to refine their technique.

What students learn

Proper breathing, efficient body position, freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke technique, plus endurance and confidence in the water.

Benefits

Better fitness, confidence in the pool and open water, less stress, and real enjoyment of swimming.

Recommended format

Private or group sessions, 60 minutes, 1–2 times per week.

Program 03

Ocean Swimming

Ocean Swimming

Who it's for

Confident swimmers ready to move from the pool to open water, as well as beginners who want to discover the ocean under the constant supervision of a coach.

What students learn

Open-water orientation, reading currents and ocean conditions, breathing through waves, open-water swimming technique, and safety fundamentals.

Benefits

Confidence in the ocean, improved endurance, practical open-water skills, and training with fins.

Recommended format

Private or group sessions of 60–90 minutes in the Bukit area. Depending on the programme, sessions may start from the beach or include a boat ride to the starting point with an open-water route back.

Freediving

Freediving

Who it's for

Adults and teens interested in breath-hold, relaxation and exploring Bali's underwater world with a certified-style coach.

What students learn

Relaxation and breath-hold techniques, equalization, recovery breathing, ocean practice and full safety protocols.

Benefits

Calmer mind, longer breath holds, confidence underwater, and a new way to enjoy the ocean.

Recommended format

Private or small group sessions combining theory, pool and ocean practice. Available as single sessions or packages.
