About Us
UNITY Swimming School: Swimming Without Fear, Stress, or Old-School Pressure
Built on safety, individualized attention, and a genuine love for the water. We coach kids, adults, ocean swimmers and freedivers across the island.

Created in Bali — for Bali.
UNITY Swimming School was founded in Bali together with the UNITY children's football school. Our directors and coaches are professional athletes with extensive experience working with children. Over the years we have helped hundreds of students feel confident in sports, water and active life.
A Gentle Approach: No Forcing 'Through Sheer Will'
We don't follow old-school Soviet methods. Every exercise is introduced without force, so the process feels comfortable and enjoyable — especially for children. First comes a feel for the water, then technique.
Many people rush and start with arm and leg movements, forgetting what matters most. From the very first lesson we teach:
- how to breathe correctly in the water
- how to relax
- how to feel the water
This removes fear, saves energy and brings true pleasure — a feeling of weightlessness comparable only to outer space.
Individual approach
Plans and pace are adapted to each student. No assembly-line teaching.
Kids & adults
Two distinct teaching mindsets. We're fluent in both — playful with kids, calm with adults.
